Much of the Forex (Currency) market is on a holiday today. Trading volumes will be thin!

Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, and UK banks will be closed in observance of Boxing Day. Low liquidity is expected for all Forex sessions.

Swiss and German banks will be closed in observance of St. Stephen's Day.

Now you see why I don't trade  between Christmas and the New Year. Volumes are light and the "big boys", the big inter-banks, are squaring their books for the year. They aren't worried about making another 1-2 trades so neither am I. I've learned that you've got to learn to think like the big banks in order to succeed like them.
